Last month we had an unfortunate run-in with a furry rascal we like to call a mouse. She was moving towards the cabinet to get a glass, when I saw the mouse running along the baseboard. I don’t tend be very worrisome about this kind of stuff, so I plan to take care of the critter without hiring a professional. I logged on to Bing and I did a search for some home remedies to exterminate mice. I came upon this one article that proposed that you could use peppermint oil and mice would simply go away. If it’s that easy, I’d be happy and mouse free. I went by the directions as outlined in that article… I’m happy to say that I haven’t run across a mouse since I used the peppermint oil. On top of the peppermint oil, I took the steps to keep mice from entering my house and they can’t return in the future. If you know someone that has a rodent problem, you might want to offer this little tip to them.

My quest for Mortgage Brokers home loans. Really interesting!

One of the things that I have had revealed recently is that mortgages in Australia seem to be a little bit easier for people to deal with then getting a home loan and many other countries. As with mortgages in other places there are many options available for a home owneralong the lines of home equity loans.
